So, a lot has happened in the past couple of months.
She is now 10.5 months and developing so fast! She is crawling around all over the place and pulls herself up. About a week ago she started stepping along while holding onto furniture. She is very active and curious. She is constantly exploring her surroundings.....opening up every drawer, picking up anything she can get her hands on, and looking for new things to put into her mouth.
She is absolutely wonderful! I love how curious she is and how she loves exploring everything. I hope that she will never stop this. Even if she gets all messy and covered in dirt, I will not stop her from being adventurous. Unless its not safe, of course!
She's also fearless! She'll climb up the stairs without even winking. I took her to the beach when Ariel was visiting with her kids. I first dipped her feet in the water and then put her down to sit on the sand. She right away started crawling straight for the water. I could barely hold her. She loved it! She didn't cry or get scared at all when a small wave came (don't worry, I made sure that the wave was small enough that it was below her head when she was crawling). She wanted to do it again, but I decided that it was probably too cold for her.
